SIXTH GENERATION

920. Richardson TERRELL was born on 13 Dec 1797 in Montgomery County, KY. He died on 17 Aug 1838 in Henry County, KY. Richardson Terrell secured a good education, learned to play the violin, studied portrait painting and did very creditable work. At Vernon, IN he studied medicine under a Doctor there but later gave up medicine and worked as a clerk and bookkeeper and had charge of a store. (Dicken, p.199)

He was married to Sarah ROUNER on 12 Nov 1827. Sarah ROUNER died on 21 Feb 1865 in Clay County, MO. Richardson TERRELL and Sarah ROUNER had the following children:

1694 i. Harriet Catherine TERRELL was born on 23 Sep 1828 in Vernon, IN. She died on 26 Jun 1874 in Missouri.
1695 ii. Benjamin Harrison TERRELL was born on 14 Aug 1830 in Vernon, IN. He died in Nov 1830.

1697 iv. John Hardy TERRELL was born on 9 Sep 1833 in Vernon, IN. He died on 22 Feb 1859 in Arkansas.
