He was married to Mary Jane DAVIS on 31 Oct 1839 in Trenton, Gibson County, TN.⁽²⁸⁾ Mary Jane DAVIS ⁽²⁸⁾ was born on 10 Jun 1820. She died on 29 Jul 1903. Benjamin Franklin TERRELL and Mary Jane DAVIS had the following children:

1950 ii. John L. TERRELL⁽²⁸⁾ was born in 1842. He died in 1917.
John L. Terrell never married.
1951 iii. Vergillas A. TERRELL⁽²⁸⁾ was born on 4 Jan 1845. He died on 24 Apr 1876.
There is no record of Vergillas Terrell being married.
