20. Josiah TEMPLE ⁽²⁾ was born on 10 Nov 1778 in Mecklenburg County, NC.⁽²⁾ He died before 1816. Josiah is apparently dead by 1818 when his Mother's will is written. She refers to Isabella as Josiah's widow and mentions Maria as Josiah's daughter.

He was married to Isabella FAIN on 8 Dec 1800 in Greene County, TN. ⁽²⁾ Josiah TEMPLE and Isabella FAIN had the following children:
