91. Frances Jean RUDD was born on 23 May 1925. Frances was known as "Pee Wee." She attended Averett College and became a Medical Secretary. She met her husband at the University of Maryland. After her husband's death in 1989, she moved back home with her father. She and he authored a 1995 booklet entitled "Dad Remembers," which has provided much information on both the Powers and Rudd families.

She was married to Philip Michael MINKE on 3 Jul 1948. Philip Michael MINKE was born on 20 Jul 1924. He died on 8 Jul 1989 in Harpers Ferry. Frances Jean RUDD and Philip Michael MINKE had the following children:
