151. Charles Baird PAYNTER was born on 24 Mar 1974.

He was married to Nancy Perry BULLOCK (daughter of Evander BULLOCK and Peggy UNK) on 9 Oct 1999 in Hebron Methodist Church, Conway, SC. ⁽⁸⁾ The wedding took place in the Hebron Methodist Church, a few miles south of Conway South Carolina. This was the "family church" of the bride's mother, whose GGGrandfather, Samuel H. Singleton, was instrumental in erecting the church in 1946. Mr. Bullock, the bride's father, served as a minister in the church in the 1960's.
