1820. Peggy Joyce AGNER was born on 27 Oct 1932 in Rowan County, NC.
Ms. Peggy Troutman is apparently a descendent of all three Rowan County Eller brothers (?): Christian, Jacob and John Melker. She has done considerable research on all three lines and has been kind enough to share it with this author. It is included here. She also traces her ancestry to George Michael Eller. Much of the Eller line related to Ms. Troutman continues to live around Rowan County/ Salisbury, North Carolina.

She was married to Joseph Howard TROUTMAN (son of William Tell TROUTMAN and Amanda Ruth ELLER) on 24 Dec 1954. Joseph Howard TROUTMAN was born on 17 Sep 1928. Peggy Joyce AGNER and Joseph Howard TROUTMAN had the following children:
